Hard to tell. Linked seller has good ratings but that is only part of it.

No way to really know as there are so many scams and fakes out there.

Ebay polices such things but buyers are always at risk.

Compare the prices to other sources. If the price seems a bit unreal probably best to buy elsewhere.

And it could be a knock-off/counterfeit copy. No way to tell until you maybe open the box. The earphone could look good but have low quality internal components.

Pretty much all the same risks inherent in any online purchase. And even in some stores nowadays. In a store, at least, you can usually take a purchase back for exchange or refund.

i think that should tell you everything. chances are its a knock off. perhaps its perfectly fine and even from the same factory in china that the legitimate ones come from but there is no way to know for sure. also its a 2-4 week delivery time.

as ralston stated there is no way to be 100% sure.
