Issues with printing margins on Word 2010

Hey there,

So, I'v got a few issues with MS Word or my printer dunno really.

The thing is, I create a document, adjust all the margins where they are supposed to be, I measure it all and print the document, everything works fine.
Then I save the document on my USB flash drive.

But, the next time I want to print the document, all the margins are off, and I have to repeat the same job again.

Tried writing the margin settings on a paper so I can just enter them again.
But only this time, even if I set the same values I did the last time, it doesnt work and I need to set new parameters for the margins as the previous numbers dont work and the text is way off

Could it be my printer or something?
Im using a HP Deskjet 1050 J410 printer for the job.

Also the same happens on my second HP officejet 4500 printer

Where are you changing the margins, in the document or printer options?

You can change the margins on the document and it will save it all.
