Istalled new hhd in toshiba satellite c55-5245

I installed the new hhd and went to the recovery using the 0 button, so I tried the restore software and when it boots, I get a three lined message the last saying insert disk and press any key. I was helping set up a radio station and their system was windows10, so thought I would try it on my laptop. I went to reverse the installation and in the process I lost windows7, so I tried return to out of box state, well I landed up installing the new hhd. Can you help?

The factory restore was on the factory disk, do you still have that?
otherwise contact Toshioba to purchase your Restore disk set but give https/support.toshiba.com/repair a try. Halve way down the page you'll see an place to input your serial number. You may be able to download them
