It keeps pausing!!!!

It won't stop pausing every few secs and I assure you it's not buffering since it shows the play button when it stops instead of the dots spinning plz help id appreciate that

What is this "it" that is pausing? Need phone model and exactly what is happening in what program. Did you make sure it's not your internet connection?
