It wont turn on but the indicator says its on then shut off

Hello.
I have a problem with my laptop and the problem is the laptop wont start. Here is the situation the Laptop have a display problem before it happen and the Display problem is the screen is flashing for about 5 minutes from the login screen to the desktop them it stops then after 1 hour of usage the laptop itself shuts down. The problem was caused by the fan not working so I turn the battery switch off and to blow the fan for the hopes to make it go away but it make it worse. The laptop makes a loud swirling noise from the fan before it shuts off. I tried to turn it on again and again but it always fail. I cant remove the battery because it is built in so I tried to switch it off and on again but it not work. My laptop is an Acer Aspire E 14 E5-473G-304W and it is just 11 months so can someone help me. Please.

No the warranty was used for the motherboard and hard drive replacement.
