Ive heard that you can play your xbox through pc but will it work through laptop?

Not really sure what you mean by play the xbox through the PC, you can certainly use a capture card to record the game play or stream it using a computer. Not sure what exactly you are trying to do here.

you can stream the games to the pc I believe. if you have a high performance laptop, it should be able to.
