I've sent my computer to service and been offered to switch to another one. Should I?

I've sent my computer to my company for them to repair it, the specs are i7-4700MQ, Geforce GTX 765M, 8gb ram. and since I complained I've been offered to trade this for a brand new laptop with i5-4210H, Geforce GTX 960M 2gb, 8gb ram. I am wondering if I should accept the trade, I do not play "heavy games" but I like editing images and videos and I do play games time to time.

That's a major step-down on the CPU, and the GPU is probably about equal. They're trying to rip you off, IMHO.
