j2 's mobile tethering not working properly how to connect when its disabled by default

i have an samsung j2 mobile and it never get connected to laptop whenever i connect it to the laptop i am not able to share my mobiles internet connetion with the laptop

all updates done on the phone and the laptop´s wifi is working correctly? Maybe updating the wifi driver can help. Or did you connect it by USB?

Does the laptop have DHCP enabled or is it a static IP?

MY MOBILE IS UYPDATED IT IS A PROBLEM OF A MOBILE NOT OF A LAPTOP

If it´s a problem of your mobile only, you should factory reset it. Backup important data before. If this doesn´t work, your phone is defective.
