Jailbreak ios 6.1.5

Hi I want to be able to jail break my iPod touch but I can't at the moment with jailbreakme. I want to use this software to do so and I was wondering when it will be available and is jailbreakme 3.0 the latest version

Although Jailbreaking is currently legal in the US , to do so on any Apple product will viod the warranty and not allow for any kind of support from Apple.
