jailbreak samsung galaxy j7

Solution
What chip? If it is a chip short of a load it won't work anyway.

Jailbreaking only applies to Apple gear. Androids need to be rooted. Dopwnload KingoRoot on to your Windows PC, plug the phone in and Kingo does the rest.

Before you do that, go into Settings>Mode>About Device and tap Build Number seven times. You become a Developer and you then need to find the USB Debugging setting and enable it. That allows the PC to "see" the 'phone and the rooting can begin.

What you think you can from then on is up to you.

We will only know if it worked if the original poster came back and said so, Cheryl so you're a little late to the party. You can try it and see if it works for you.
