Point your DNS servers there, create a white and/or blacklist of sites you want. Nice and easy, super secure. Upvote 0 Downvote

There are 'plug-ins' like Ad Block that disable Java to sites. Java choices: Enable (default), Disable or Prompt: Example Chrome: Example IE: Upvote 0 Downvote
