JBL EXTREME 2 CHARGING ISSUES.... new battery, new AC adapter! My extreme 2 will not charge.. only has 2 indicators now. After new battery was installed I listened to music for an hour then noticed the leds were at 2. Tried new power adapter but doesn't seem to be gaining led lights.

Check the charge with a voltmeter. It may read a bit more than the required voltage to charge the battery but should not read lower.
Could be a bad battery. Aftermarket batteries may not go through much quality control.
