Join video files (.avi specifically) WITHOUT the need to re-encode/re-convert

Hi guys!

Is there any PC software that enables us to join video files (Currently looking to join .avi files specifically for now... They come from a In-car Camera and when opening the individual files in vlc media player, they display the front camera recording in the main screen and the rear camera recording in a smaller pop-up box) WITHOUT the need to re-encode/re-convert them?
