Just had windows 7 installed...says the network can't find a driver...I got the computer messed up so I don't know what would

Started out with boot manager being messed up..got that fixed and now I can't seem to connect to internet bc there isn't a driver...don't have access to another computer....

You'll need to find another PC to use and download the correct driver for your motherboard on to a USB thumb drive.
