I have a mentee who has installed your virus protection on a server and the voip system on the desktops of the end client has stopped working ie speakers and microphones are not working properly. Is it possible to get technical support from you rather than the distributor? My client is a satisfisicated IT professional so has tried all the obvious answers.
 
Not only the wrong site, but speakers and microphone support on computers would not have anything to do with antivirus installed on a server.
