Keyboard and power button totally not in function

Hi guys, I bought a laptop Acer predator 15 Gtx970 version. I have been using it within one year, the keyboard and other buttons totally not working. But the output devices like mouse and keyboard is still in function. The power button is not working so I try to solve this problem by restart my computer but the system is still running even the screen turn black. I still can heard the fans sound is still functioning and the keyboard backlight is still lightings. This problem had happened 3 times to me, it was very annoying during playing game and keyboard is not working. I still have to wait the laptop battery out of energy so I can restart my laptop. Sorry for my English grammar mistakes, is there any guides to solve this annoying problems?

Open the system and check the connections. Make sure drivers and BIOS are updated.
