Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving that problem. Changing the keyboard settings may help.
- Click Start then click on Settings and click on Time & Language.
- Once opened click on Region & Language in the left column.
- Under Languages click the language you want (English) as the default then click on Set Default.
If these will not work do also try these troubleshooting steps from Acer Support site that's applicable to all laptops that has Windows 10.
