Keyboard is typing random letters and numbers

So I got a cheap $400 Toshiba about 2 months ago just to get me through a couple months after my ASUS died. Ran beautiful till today I get home from work and some of the keys wont type. So I restart it and then it types random letters. Even when I don't touch them. Cleaned out the keyboard best I could, did a full systems sweep, hell I even restored it ti a previous time. I have no clue what to do. If I have to get a new one it will be my 2nd one in less then a year.

I have the same problem with my toshiba, it randomly types number and letter sequences and I can't get it to stop. Please let me know if you've found a solution.
