Keyboard Isn't working

I have an Asus laptop with Windows 10 installed and my keyboard and touched pad isn't working at all, a mouse works but a USB keyboard doesn't. In device manager there's a yellow exclamation icon next to the keyboard driver and the usb keyboard aswell as the touchpad. I've tried to update the drivers but everything is up to date, I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that has failed aswell, and the rollback to a previous version button is disabled. Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated.

1| Model for your Asus laptop? An SKU would help us two fold.
2| Have you made sure you're on the latest BIOS update?
3| Uninstall the drivers that are flagged with a yellow exclamation mark and reboot your system.
4| Last resort, you can try and perform a repair install and see if that resolves the issue.
