Question Keyboard not working

Hp x360 keyboard not working, I’ve updated,installed and uninstalled the drivers still not working . Meanwhile when you power it on the F5 key for keyboard light comes up and goes then when i use the onscreen keyboard and press caplock the light tends to appear in my physical keyboard …please what possibly could be the problem?

Some background here would help, when did the issue start, did it have any spills on it or drops? Try reseating the cable to the motherboard from the keyboard. Is it in warranty? If yes contact HP support.
