When I type the letter "o", it typed with number instead "o9". I noticed that. I already uninstalled the driver (PS2 keyboard) and restart but no luck after all. I tried to clean the keyboard, not fixed also. other key is working fine (i.e. row: Q, A, Z. L,>) aside from 9, and O. When I type the Number 9, it also displays o9 instead of just the number 9. and o9 instead of just the letter "o".

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- First is to go to Device Manager and uninstall the Keyboard driver.
- Once done reboot your PC and it should reinstall the keyboard driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- Next is to try a USB keyboard and see if those keys which is not working will work.
- If those keys works on an external USB keyboard and on the onscreen keyboard your last bet would be to reinstall Windows.
- Before you reinstall Windows do try to run System Restore first and if that will not work proceed with reinstalling Windows.
- If reinstalling Windows will not work, unfortunately the only solution would be to replace the keyboard.
