When I try to type on my keyboard, sometimes keys do not press. It is not a software issue, but you sometimes have to press quite hard for the keys to register. Is there a way to fix this or will it have to be solved by pressing keys harder? It does get VERY annoying when you have to go over your text mutiple times just to make sure that you have typed all the keys correctly (It wastes at least 10 minutes a day) It is a brand new laptop that I got a few days ago, so I doubt it is something jammed under the keys.
While typing this, a few keys did not register when I pressed them, so I have added them in bold so you can see how frequently they do not press.
