So you have windows xp on your Netbook, And you want it to run faster?
Or do you just want it to run fast when your running certain programs or games?

I don't know any other programs like end it all but you can setup your Netbook manually for best performance by stopping certain windows services, disabling windows themes, and effects and a few other tweaks if thats what your after?

Install CCleaner and run it.

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Follow the first part of this guide to change the performance options (It will make xp not look as nice but will speed it up.

http://www.techrepublic.com/article/best-practices-adjust-performance-options-to-speed-up-windows-xp-clients/5034438

Use this guide for turning of certain windows services make sure you read it carefully or you might break your computer. Ive only turned of a couple services myself.
