Kingston HyperX Cloud II mic not working

Hi,

I received my cloud2 headset in the mail yesterday.
First impressions are pretty good, however i can't get the mic to work for some reason.
I've tried using front- and back USB2 and USB3 ports, the headset is set to default device, the drivers are updated and the mic isn't muted on the USB dongle.
Anyone got any tips please?

For some reason this is set to 0 dB without me being able to use the slider.

Yeah, microphone is already set to on.

Yeah bro been struggling since yesterday after the windows update. Turned on the mic setting it was off before but turned it on and still not working :v

Yeah I didn't get mine to work yet either...
