is it at all possible to connect the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 system [http://www.klipsch.com/promedia-2-1-computer-speakers/details] to denon's PMA-50 [http://usa.denon.com/us/product/hificomponents/amplifiershf/pma50] or a similar product, and if it is possible, would it be worth it?
thanks

It is possible using a speaker to line level converter like this one:

You would be able to use the DAC in the Denon but not the amplifier part. It would sound better than connecting the speakers directly to your PC. If you are not going to upgrade to a better passive speaker set up later then you can add a DAC rather than a DAC/AMP to your speakers to upgrade the sound quality.
