Kotion Each G2100 not working on computer

So I just got my G2100 headset from Each but the problem is that it doesn't play any sound. It's recognized as a device and responds to sound being played, except it doesn't play anything itself. I tried connecting the audio jack to my phone and it played music just fine, but it doesn't work on my computer. I searched for a driver, but it doesn't seem to have any. Everything is connected correctly and the volume is turned up. What could it possibly be?

So you've got the green plug of the headset, plugged into the green socket(audio out) on your PC and the pink (microphone) plugged into the microphone socket?
When you say "It's recognized as a device and responds to sound being played", I'm not sure what you mean exactly.

Does the microphone work?

You've checked that on 'recording' devices that the correct socket is selected etc?
