Kraken Pro muffled sound and having hard time hearing people

I just got my kraken and am boiling from inside cause i have a pair of 20$ headphones which i think have better quality.... dafuq is wrong? i played with the equalizer but no use, always sucks in a certain part

Please help!, also need EQ settings if possible to try them :3

I'd suggest you get a refund and tell us how you will be using your headphones and what kind of sound and music you prefer listening to.

i think the store i bought this from wouldnt allow another change since i already changed a headset from them called armaggeddon fuze 5, i listen to a very wide variety of music and games, sometimes competitive and sometimes not, also i read somewhere that the kraken pro surround sound makes a slight delay in the sound this is true for me but doesnt affect me.

i think i found a stable EQ setting but yea T_T as i said am mad i didnt expect this from a known headset T_T
