Laptop Always Runs Hot and Fan is Really Loud How do I fix it?

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to ask the community what I should do for a cooling solution for my laptop. Runs great and I love using it, I just wish it wasn't so damn loud. Should I buy a cooling pad for underneath and if so, which one do you guys recommend? Thanks.

probably needs cleaning (hence the air can)
this is what i don't like about laptops, sad to say i would need to get one since i am moving to another country for a good while

Thanks Cons, yeah I usually use my desktop but I would like a unit for on the go purposes
