laptop as monitor using hdmi 1.4 latest

in this laptop there is HDMITM 1.4a i have xbox and i want to know that can i plug my xbox to this laptopI(as monitor) through hdmi port or not ???
if i can plug then can i use single hami wire from xbox to laptop or need any other software

Hi,

Actually all laptop doesn't have Line for devices like Xbox or Playstation for you to use it's display as the monitor of those devices. Why not just use a TV for your Xbox instead?
