Laptop battery charging problem

Windows tells "charging", but the % value cant go higher...
The only difference in parameters is maAh/Wh, I bought bigger battery

I ve this laptop for over 2 years (but less than 2.5)

First drivers for this laptop was released on asus page in 2009 year, so I think its release date

Might be the charging circuit. There's not much you can do to fix it, but it's worth testing the adapter, or trying a new OEM adapter, before you chalk it up to the circuit.

It may be the battery, or could be the charging circuit or adapter, as Prostar suggested. If you can find a compatible laptop, you can test the adapter that way. However, batteries do wear out, and 1-2 years tend to be the average lifespan of a battery, based on how it was used.
