Laptop beep when off

I bought asus r510jx for music production. I operate this laptop for about 2 hours in a week (yes, very less usage). My problem is that when I shut down my laptop I hear weird beeping sound continuously. This sound doesn't come when I am operating the laptop. I am bit weird about this sound. Please help. I heard no sound at all on that recording. Is it actually a beep? Which a beep is intermittent, so it would start and stop, or is it an actual constant sound?

Bro I accidentally selected your answer as solution.
Yes I know recording is not good but beep is hearable using earphone or headphone. It is constant beep when laptop is off and not plugged in. If I plug it, then the beep gets off.

I was just able to hear the beep.

Contact ASUS. Generally the beeping is caused by ether a faulty motherboard or the laptop has detected there is an issue with the battery.
