laptop black screen

acer laptop aspire v5-561p wont boot unless I swap ram slots. i.e. startup just black screen, open up swap ram modules and startup , works fine, can reset also. once I shut down and try to start I just get black screen.
Ive formatted hd, installed win 10, mem test,updated bios, used different ram, different configurations. the batt. thing.
seems like when I reverse ram modules something refreshes and allows it to boot.
anyone have any thoughts?

acer aspirev5 wont boot, just black screen. updated bios, did the battery thing, recovered windows.
I CAN get it to boot and run fine if I take out ram and reverse configuration. It works one time then you cant reboot. I have two of these laptops and swapped out ram, same issue.
