Laptop Brightness and Close Lid Options are Not Working After Changing the Screen.

I have a samsung NP300E5Z-S02IN laptop. Recently the screen was damaged then i changed it with new one. Now a new problem was arose in my laptop. these are the problems of my screen.

1. Screen Brightness is not working.(I tried to update driver to Microsoft basic display driver)
2. Screen not going to turnoff when i close the lid.
3. Laptop not going to sleep or hibernate mode after closing the lid. (I checked options are correctly configured).

Please suggest me the solution to the above problem.

did you disassemble the whole laptop or just the screen lid when replacing the screen as sounds like a cable is not seated right or is disconnected?

Yes. I disassembled total laptop only.How to fix it

take the laptop apart except maybe the screen & reseat all cables from the hinge areas to the motherboard.
