Laptop Cases & Protection

Anyone know of any cases to protect laptops that looks like this?
I have a Lenovo y510p 15.6 inches.

I wonder if Mac's sleeves and cases still work for other laptops 15.6 inches. Would they?
Trying to find something that would protect the outside as well as the inside around the keyboard and such.

The dimensions arent usually too different, although I have found that for my y410p, the 14" case I bought was a little tight around those weird curve-edged designs on the back of the screen
