Hello , i really need a helping hand to solve my GPU problem, here are my laptop specs:
CLEVO P671RG
i7 6700HQ
8GB RAM
ihd530
GTX 980M

The problem lies within Nvidia gpu. After enabling the gpu the laptop freezes and after few moments gets BSOD with messages like VIDEO SCHEDULER INTERNAL ERROR , or WATCHDOG VIOLATION.
This is what i tried :
Resetting BIOS
Installing 3 Different gpu driver versions
Installing 2 different versions of Windows (7, 10)
Tried changing thermal paste on gpu

I think it's a hardware problem , sometimes i can install gpu driver succesfully but most of the time it crashes.Few times i got into NVIDIA Control Panel after 10 minutes of constant freezing but resulted in total freeze.I think its Either BIOS problem or GPU hardware problem. If i disable the nvidia gpu in device manager the computer works just fine on integrated graphics card. It's a shame but i would like to ask for help.
So Here are my questions :
Will BGA Reball or reflow fix the card ??
Or is it just a BIOS problem ?

Thanks in Advance ,
Richard
