laptop continuous beeping

hi,, please help me .. i have toshiba laptop it turn on but after show toshiba logo (i cant enter bios too ) it start to beep continuously while beeping i cant see anything on screen after beep laptop screen is doing something crazy i have never seen something like that and i dont know how to explain

if the hard drive failed it can lock up your laptop. pull the hard drive see if you can get into the bios.
