Laptop crash everytime I sign in.

My practically new hp laptops is is will go to the sign in page and then it goes black when I sign in and I'm just not great with computers and I need this up soon for my homework I didnt get to finish because of this stupid lapto so please help.

I'm sorry to hear about your black screen issue with your HP notebook. You mention that your notebook is fairly new. I'd recommend contacting HP technical support 800-474-6836 to address the black screen issue.
