Laptop crashes 10-30 minutes into games

I even have a USB cooling fan for it and it doesn't help much. Almost any game I play does this (Civ V, League of Legends, EVEN Warcraft III). My specs are:

AMD A10-5757M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
Video Card AMD Radeon HD 8650G + 8600/8700M Dual Graphics
Video Card #2 AMD Radeon HD 8600/8700M
RAM 8.0 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics card driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http/support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot, do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If all these will not work last option would be to reinstall Windows.

Thanks for trying to help but I did all the steps and still didn't work. Any other suggestions?
