dell 3437 i5-1.6ghz[turbo boost ut to 2.5] with nvidia gt 720m vs msi cx61-4100 i3 -2.5ghz with nvidia gt 820m[price of msi is little higher by 50doller][so considering price among these which is better

Go for the Dell laptop. The graphics are slightly lower but the overall Processing power is more because of the more powerful Quad-core i5 instead of the i3 in the MSI laptop. The RAM is the same and the hard drive space as well, so there isn't much else for deciding factors.
