Hi!

My laptop didn't turn on at all, so I bring to a laptop repair shop, and they said my dedicated video card socket got loose ( need to reflow ).
Is it possible that without the dedicated card my laptop doesent turn on at all ?! (not even BIOS)

I don't want to pay 100$ for a reflow since I don't need the graphics at all.

Solution
It is completely possible that third party hardware not working correctly can cause your computer to not turn on. They best way to know for sure is to disconnect said hardware and see if the problem is resolved.
