Alright so no key events leading up to this, just happened
Laptops display turns off after toshiba logo comes up. Sometimes it doesn't even get to that point
I was actually able to press f2 quickly before the display shut off and go to the setup options (i seem to have forgotten my supervisor password) and from that point the display stays on
my sister bought the exact same laptop and she had a problem very similar but i cant find anything on there being a factory error on this model.
So my question clearly being, why cant i make it past the toshiba logo before the display shuts off.
