Hello! I just bought this new Lenovo l340 laptop and it's performance is really bad compared to other benchmarks with the same specs. I tried playing 2k and sekiro on my laptop and even on the lowest settings it barely hits 30fps. I also tried benchmarking with unigine heaven benchmark, DX 11, high quality, normal tessellation, and anti aliasing off, and the fps are really just bad the avg is 9 fps. I really don't know what to do because I'm new with laptops. The specs of my laptop is: CPU: I5 9300H GPU: GTX 1650 4GB RAM: 8GB HDD: 1TB
Here is the result of my benchmark on unigine. It says that it uses my GTX 1650 but why does it perform like this?

That screenshot does not show that it's using the nVidia card, it lists both video chips there, nVidia and Intel.

Go to the nVidia options and select the video card to be the main display used.
