Solved! laptop fan running loud for no reason

ts has been 3 months that i have my Asus ROG Hero 2 and for the past 2 weeks i got problems where the fan will run at 100% for no reason.
No its no overheating. the fans are pulling out cold air .
making my research i found that only the gpu fan is running at 100% and the cpu fan is running normally.
i tried to install an old bios but the same problem occurs
it happens when i boot my laptop or when put into sleep mode
when i turned on the laptop, sometimes it stops after a few minutes and sometimes not.
i have checked the task manager and i can't see any processes that can do that
do you know what can be causing this?

It could just be the fan has gone bad. It happens. It could have been faulty to start with. If the laptop is that new, it should be under warranty, so I would contact the manufacturer about a repair.

i don't think that the fan is faulty
before that it was working fine
i don't know what processes maybe working in the background but i know it a software issue
now i am using it and the fan is silent
but if i put it into sleep mode and wake it , it may run loud
