Laptop for $300

I wanted to get a laptop for around $300
Specs -
quad core processor preferably
touchscreen
4GB ram
External memory capabilities
Really something that I can run high end games on with good graphics and little lag
Uses - Watch movies, Gaming mainly
Considering that is this laptop good?

Yes like the others have said, unfortunately this isn't going to happen for $300. You might manage a touch screen on a laptop for that, like the small one you posted, but:
1. The CPU is extremely slow.
2. The graphics are incapable of playing games from 2011 even on medium settings, and some not even low settings.

If you want a laptop that can play games on good settings, you need to be ready to through in at least $550. I have seen some laptops which can play games, even new games, with medium quality settings. However they did not have touch screen. If you really want to have touch screen, and graphics power you need to be ready to spend a minimum of $800, and that would be considered cheap to be able to do both. $1000 would...

Also remember, number of cores is not as important anymore. You said you want a quad core, but, with the exception of the Baytrail processors, an Intel Dual-Core CPU will be faster than an AMD Quad-Core CPU almost always.
