Laptop for 400-500$

I want to buy laptop for 400-500$

~Not HP
~I need configuration which can run gta v (at least on min.)
~Not integrated graphic card

I was thinking about acer aspire e5 (e5-551g i think)

• AMD A8-7100 (1.80 GHz - 3 GHz, quad-core, 4 MB L2 cache)

• 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) DDR3L (max 16 GB)

• 1 TB HDD (5400 rpm)

• AMD Radeon R7 M265 (2 GB)

I think it should be ok except maybe procesor? I don't know what does this 3.0GHz means? (I know that's turbo frequency but I don't know how it works)

1.80GHz to 3 GHz(turbo frequency). Turbo frequency enables the processor to run above its base operating frequency via dynamic control of the CPU's clock rate. It is activated when the operating system requests the highest performance state of the processor. So basicly when you do more intense gaming or tasking it will boost up to 3 GHz, and 1.80 is the base frequency which is the minimum frequency that the CPU will stay on.

At the moment I can't think of any laptops to suggest. I will edit the post later

Based on the following video you should be able to play the game. Note that the CPU is an Intel HD 5200u which is a bit more powerful than the A8-7100 APU.

For that low price, it will be very hard to find a laptop that can play gta on min settings. Unless you don't mind playing the game at 20 - 25fps max at very low settings I would give up on the idea of playing gta 5.
