Hi everybody. thanks in advance. I am planning to buy a new laptop after selling my 3+ yrs old dell xps l502x. Pls suggest me between three following options

http://www.shopclues.com/asus-a550jx-xx142d-core-i7-4720hq-4gb-1tb-15.6-hd-4gb-nvidia-950m-graphics.html
or

or
http://www.ebay.in/itm/Lenovo-Ideapad-Y50-70-59-431090-Core-i7-4th-Gen-8GB-1TB-4GB-Grap-Win-8-1-/161898753016?hash=item25b1eaebf8:g:hSYAAOSw7FRWVwDm
though the last option is a refurbished model
my budget is around Rs 60000/- as low as possible. I live in India and my purpose is 3D modeling, rendering ( preferably in lumion) and occasional gaming. Pls suggest me if u hv any other options to include.
Hope this clarifies enough about my purpose.

None of them are any good for revit, since you should really use a quadro card for it. Of those, the top one is is likely the best for gaming+rendering, but you really should just get a desktop if that's your primary concern.
