Laptop freezing during videos

Hi, recently my laptop has begun freezing when playing videos on YouTube and Netflix. The freezes are infrequent and the computer makes a buzzing sound for a few seconds before resuming as normal, and can happen when the laptop is relatively cool in temperature. I have done a full security scan and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics drivers (AMD Radeon R7 M440 and Intel HD Graphics 520) but the problem persists. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes my task manager will show 100% of the disk being used, though I do not know what this means. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you!

Could the internet connection cause the entire pc to freeze? If so how would I check and what would I be looking for?
