Laptop Graphics card upgradable?

Hi, I am thinking of purchasing the MSI GE62 2QE with the GTX965m discrete graphics card. However what I would like to know is if it was possible to buy the GTX970m/980m cards and replace the GTX965m. I read online that it is possible to upgrade your laptop's graphics card as long as it was not integrated.

Upgradeable GPU laptops tend to be an exception rather than a rule. Usually they explicitly state that the GPU can be upgraded.

Not sure, but it's highly unlikely. About 95% of the time, you wouldn't be able to upgrade laptop gpu as will it be soldered to the board.
