Laptop has power but won't boot up

All lights are on but laptop power button flashing slowly with clicking noise from hard drive please can anyone help me?

What is the brand and model of your laptop and what OS version?

How old is the laptop? Laptop HDDs making loud clicking may need replacement.

It is Fujitsu Lifebook AH512 15.6" Laptop windows 8 about 12 months old

If it is still under warranty contact Fujitsu for an RMA.

If not, do you have any Windows 8 boot media, i.e. disks?
