Solved! Laptop is not turning on without charger

Hey Guyz !! I have a dell e6330 laptop and that is only 1 year old. I didn't use it for 18 days because of my exams and then when I started it, power button light and caps lock button light opens and nothing appears on screen and after 30 seconds they both closes too. I connected my laptop charger and then restart it and then it started.
I charged it full but the same problem is encountering everytime I start it. First I need to connect the charger then it starts. Pleasee help me

No bro !! After turning it on, I unplug my charger and it works until battery ends and battery is working properly and also giving proper time average.

Dying, then. I had the same issue with my old Asus laptop. When you unplugged it the screen would almost instantly flicker and turn off.
